Job summary

S.A. Comunale is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project schedules, coordinate tool delivery and fabrications, manage personnel and labor efficiency, and represent the company at progress meetings.

The role requires strong organizational skills and experience in fire protection, HVAC, or mechanical services. The Project Manager will focus on ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget, while maintaining effective communication with clients and foremen and initiating necessary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years experience in the fire protection industry, working in sales, estimating, project management, and/or design is required.
• Extensive knowledge of NFPA and industry standards is required.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications is required.
• Experience using Hydra Tech and Hydra CAD is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Create job schedules and coordinate delivery of tools and fabrication.
• Identify and manage personnel assigned to each project and track labor efficiency.
• Represent the company at job progress meetings and initiate change orders.
• Complete contract progress billings as required.
• Estimate remaining cost-to-complete for monthly WIP reporting.
• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned projects to meet deadlines and budget.
• Communicate daily with foremen and act as main client contact for projects.
