Job summary

S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to create schedules, coordinate tool delivery, and manage project labor efficiency. You will represent the company at progress meetings, initiate change orders, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in fire protection, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Hydra Tech and Hydra CAD. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, and MS Office proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in fire protection industry in sales, estimating, PM, or design.
• Extensive knowledge of NFPA and industry standards.
• Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Hydra Tech and Hydra CAD.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements and create job schedules.
• Coordinate delivery of tools and fabrication.
• Identify and manage project personnel and track labor efficiency.
• Represent company at job progress meetings and initiate change orders.
• Complete contract progress billings and estimate remaining cost-to-complete.
