Job summary

S.A. Comunale is seeking a Project Manager to lead fire protection, mechanical, and HVAC projects. You will create job schedules, coordinate tools and fabrication, and assign staff while tracking labor efficiency.

You’ll represent the company at progress meetings and initiate change orders to keep projects on track. You will work with clients to develop solutions, monitor cost-to-complete, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in estimating and/or project management.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of NFPA and industry standards is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements and create schedules.
• Coordinate the delivery of tools and fabrication and manage personnel.
• Represent the company at progress meetings and handle change orders.
• Estimate remaining cost-to-complete for monthly reporting.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
