Job summary

S.A. Comunale is seeking a Project Manager to create job schedules, coordinate the delivery of tools and fabrications, identify and manage the personnel assigned to each project, and track labor efficiency. In addition, the individual will be responsible for representing the company at job progress meetings and initiating change orders.

The role requires NFPA knowledge, strong communication, and leadership to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget, across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in fire protection / PM, sales, estimating, or design.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards.
• Experience with Hydra Tech and Hydra CAD.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements and create job schedules.
• Coordinate tools, fabrication, and personnel for each project.
• Manage labor efficiency and track progress at meetings.
• Initiate change orders and handle contract progress billings.
• Serve as main client contact and ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Communicate project needs to foremen and team members.
