Job summary

S.A. Comunale is seeking a Project Manager to oversee mechanical, fire protection, and HVAC projects from start to finish. You will create schedules, coordinate tools and fabrication, and manage personnel to meet timelines and budgets.

You will represent the company at progress meetings, initiate change orders, and communicate with clients to ensure customized solutions meet their needs. Strong organizational and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years in estimating and/or project management.
• Experience in construction is a plus.
• Knowledge of NFPA and industry standards is a plus.
• Microsoft Office applications experience is required.
• Ability to read job cost reports.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and define project requirements.
• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Coordinate delivery of tools and fabrication.
• Assign and manage project personnel and track labor efficiency.
• Represent the company at progress meetings.
• Initiate change orders as needed.
• Complete contract progress billings as required.
• Estimate remaining cost-to-complete for monthly reporting.
• Ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.
• Serve as main client contact for assigned projects.
