The position requires 3+ years in the fire protection industry, strong knowledge of NFPA standards, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A degree is a plus; Hydra Tech and Hydra CAD experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years experience in fire protection industry in sales, estimating, project management, or design.
• Extensive knowledge of NFPA and industry standards.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college is a plus.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Hydra Tech and Hydra CAD.
• Ability to think strategically and produce timely results.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements and create detailed job schedules.
• Coordinate delivery of tools and fabrication.
• Identify and manage personnel assigned to each project; track labor efficiency.
• Represent the company at job progress meetings and initiate change orders.
• Complete contract progress billings and estimate remaining cost-to-complete for monthly WIP reporting.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Serve as main client contact for assigned projects and brainstorm solutions.
