Qualifications

• Strong background in customer and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency of MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Teams.
• Customer Service/Dispatch - provide helpful, courteous, accessible, responsive and knowledgeable support to staff, clients, and others, at all times.
• Problem Solving - identifies potential issues, finds solutions by looking beyond the obvious, and apply effective methods for solving problems to support the business objectives.
• Detailed oriented and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy when performing data entry and confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate client service work requests to repair and maintain fire protection components.
• Follow-up on current customer jobs to ensure completion to customer satisfaction.
• Handle escalated calls and research issues affecting customers.
• Manage service level expectations for technician times, quotes, and updates.
• Collaborate with Accounting on billing issues and ensure timely invoicing.
• Track customer paperwork and submit timely and accurate records.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams and departments.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries and support our customer base.
