Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
• Hybrid schedule with office presence required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Detail-oriented and collaborative under deadlines.
• Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and email.

Responsibilities

• Produce fire protection sheet lists and set up project in Revit.
• Participate in the BIM Project Execution Plan and QAQC.
• Coordinate across disciplines to support design packages.
• Assist in submittal reviews and formulate RFI responses.
• Lead coordination meetings and resolve action items.
• Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing within the fire protection team.
