Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Solutions Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive to grow our commercial Smart Buildings business in the Raleigh, NC area. You will shape go-to-market strategies, identify opportunities, and manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers to secure multi-offering fire and life safety solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles within the commercial fire alarm / life safety industry or related construction industries.
• Strong ability to estimate and sell technical solutions and service lines.
• Fluent English communication and strong written skills.
• Ability to work independently and develop strategic account plans.
• Candidates must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop market and account plans to grow strategic opportunities across the region.
• Maintain a funnel of opportunities and achieve new orders and profit goals.
• Collaborate with operations and other sales divisions for successful project outcomes.
• Attend industry events to network and represent Siemens in the market.
• Travel overnight up to 10% for training and business development.
