Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Service & Solutions Senior Sales Executive to support our Solutions (New Construction) and Service Agreements within Smart Buildings. You will grow contractor, consultant, AHJ, developer, and end-user relationships, lead deals with autonomy, and enable our operations team to maintain large facility service work.

The role requires 50% time in customer-facing activities, regional travel, and a strong foundation in fire/life safety solutions.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in end-to-end sales, business development, or consulting within the commercial fire alarm/life safety or similar industry.
Financial expertise estimating and selling technical solutions and service product lines effectively and independently; account development and strategic sales skills.
Organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

Achieve new order/booking and profit goals based on your assigned quota.
Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities including forecasting expected order intake.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, competitors, customers, and influencers across the region.
Develop a vertical market and account management plan focusing on strategic growth.
Act as a consultant to multiple levels of the customer’s organization to recommend services.
Attend industry networking events to build a market network and represent Siemens.
Collaborate with operations and internal teams to deliver customer outcomes.
Travel ~10% overnight as required.
