Job summary

Summit Fire & Security seeks a Fire Life Safety Sales Executive to prospect and develop new customers in Kalispell, MT. You will upsell services to existing customers and negotiate pricing for inspection contracts, working with the Regional Sales Manager and Service teams to ensure satisfaction.

You will travel up to 50% and use Salesforce and Microsoft Office to manage opportunities and proposals, while expanding our multi-line service offerings and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years sales or fire protection industry experience required.
• 2 years reading electronic blueprints, and experience with Salesforce preferred.
• 2 years operating a computer, Microsoft Office, required.
• Must communicate in English with employees, customers and directors.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively call on new prospective customers to build the Inspection and Service business.
• Upsell and expand service offerings with current customers.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track activity and proposals.
• Understand pricing for inspection contracts and contractual terms.
• Represent the organization at industry meetings and customer visits.
• Travel up to 50% and collaborate with branch and regional managers.
