Job summary

Summit Fire & Security is seeking a Fire Life Safety Sales Executive to prospect and develop new customers, upsell services, and price inspection contracts. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes building a robust pipeline, managing proposals, and expanding the service offering within assigned territory. Strong communication and experience in fire protection sales are required, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales or fire protection industry experience
• Experience reading electronic blueprints and using Salesforce preferred
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Proactively call on new prospective customers to grow the inspection and service business
• Upsell to current customers and expand service offerings
• Maintain a strong pipeline and monitor proposals to accelerate deals
• Understand pricing and contractual terms for inspection contracts
• Represent the company at industry meetings and client visits
• Travel up to 50% as required
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and Regional Sales Manager to assess profitability
