Job summary

Summit Fire & Security in Columbus, OH seeks a Fire Life Safety Sales Executive to prospect and develop new customers, with upsell and multi-line service development. You will quote pricing for inspection contracts and build a robust pipeline.

You will work with the Regional Sales Manager and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction, travel up to 50%, and advance opportunities through the sales cycle in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Business or related preferred.
• 3-5 years sales or fire protection industry experience, required.
• 2 years reading electronic blueprints; Salesforce preferred.
• 2 years operating a computer; Microsoft Office required.
• Must read/write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new customers in fire life safety.
• Upsell and cross-sell to current customers.
• Manage sales activity and pipeline; track proposals.
• Represent the organization at meetings and industry events.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
