Job summary

Summit Fire & Security in Rogers, AR seeks a Fire Life Safety Sales Executive to prospect and develop new customers, upsell and expand service lines, and negotiate pricing for inspection contracts. You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager, Service Manager and Operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales or fire protection, blueprints reading, Salesforce experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years sales or fire protection industry experience required
• 2 years reading electronic blueprints and experience with Salesforce preferred
• 2 years operating a computer, Microsoft Office required
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English with employees, customers and board/directors

Responsibilities

• Proactively call on new prospective customers to build the Inspection and Service business and add new customers to the portfolio
• Proactively call on current customers to upsell and expand service offerings
• Maintain a sufficient pipeline to meet sales goals and track proposals in the system
• Understand pricing for inspection sales and contractual terms of ITM agreements
• Represent the company at industry meetings and customer visits; travel as needed up to 50%
