Job summary

Summit Fire & Security in Texas is seeking a Fire Life Safety Sales Executive to prospect and develop new customers, upsell and expand multi-line service offerings, and negotiate pricing for inspection contracts.

You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager, Service Manager and Service Operations Staff to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a high-performing service department team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sales or fire protection industry experience.
• 2 years reading electronic blueprints.
• 2 years operating a computer with Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively make sales calls to new prospective customers to build the Inspection and Service business.
• Pro-actively engage current customers to expand service offerings (upsell).
• Maintain a robust pipeline and manage sales activity in the CRM.
• Follow up on proposals to explain scope and accelerate the sale.
• Understand pricing approaches and contractual terms for ITM agreements.
