Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate client service work requests for fire protection systems.
• Follow up on current customer jobs to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle escalated calls and research issues affecting customers.
• Manage service level expectations, including scheduling and updates.
• Work with accounting on billing issues and timely invoicing.
• Track customer paperwork and ensure timely submissions.
• Cross-functionally collaborate with other teams.
• Answer phones and emails to support customers.
