Job summary

Galls, a national leader in public safety equipment and PPE, is launching a new pilot program for highly motivated sales professionals who want entrepreneurial freedom with the backing of a national organization.

This W-2, 100% commission role focuses on developing business with small fire departments (0–50 personnel) across your assigned territory. We welcome both full-time and part-time candidates who pursue uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in the fire service preferred.
• Current or former firefighters encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new fire department accounts within your territory.
• Build relationships with Fire Chiefs and municipal decision-makers.
• Sell a full PPE portfolio including turnout gear, boots, gloves, hoods, helmets, hose, nozzles, tools.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations.
• Quote opportunities and close new business.
• Partner with internal teams for an excellent customer experience.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

About the Opportunity

We are one of the nation's leading distributors of public safety equipment and PPE, serving fire departments, law enforcement, EMS, and government agencies across the United States.

We are launching a new pilot program designed for highly motivated sales professionals who want the freedom of an entrepreneurial role while having the backing of a national organization.

This is a W-2, 100% commission sales position focused on developing business with small fire departments (approximately 0-50 personnel).

We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates who are serious about building income through performance-based sales. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, independence, and uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new fire department accounts within your assigned territory
• Build relationships with Fire Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs, Training Officers, Purchasing personnel, and municipal decision-makers
• Sell a full portfolio of fire equipment and PPE, including:
  • Turnout Gear
  • Fire Boots
  • Gloves
  • Protective Hoods
  • Helmets
  • Hose
  • Nozzles
  • Hand Tools
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations
• Quote opportunities and close new business
• Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
