Sunbelt Fire Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to grow our fire equipment business in West Tennessee. The successful candidate will expand relationships with existing customers and establish new ones, working in a dynamic role that rewards problem-solving and a servant-leadership mindset.

This position requires flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends, with travel to customer sites and events as needed to meet sales goals and support the fire industry community.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within West Tennessee and overnight as needed.

• Achieve annual sales goals.
• Manage sales processes and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain updated data in CRM (Salesforce) to include sales activities, opportunities, and accounts.
• Grow market share by prospecting new customers and expanding existing relationships.
• Collaborate with other divisions and participate in Sunbelt-sponsored training and events.
