Sunbelt Fire Inc. in Nashville, TN, is seeking a full-time, high‑performing sales representative to serve North Central Tennessee. You will expand relationships with existing customers and build new business, delivering tailored solutions in a fast-paced field.

This role requires strong sales drive, excellent communication, and the ability to manage CRM data, coordinate with internal teams, and travel to meet customers. Some evenings and weekends may be required to cover territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales and/or sales management preferred.
• Minimum of high school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn, propose, and implement latest industry trends.

Responsabilités

• Achieve annual sales goals.
• Manage sales processes and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain updated data in CRM (Salesforce) to include sales activities, sales opportunities, and account records.
• Achieve acceptable market coverage and actively prospect the territory to grow market share.
• Participate and contribute in all Sunbelt sponsored training and conference events, as required.
• Be knowledgeable and able to inform customers on all products and services available.
• Provide proper equipment fitting, training, and presentations to customers.
• Actively communicate with and work with other divisions of the company when needed.
