Job summary

Sunbelt Fire in the southeast is growing and seeks a full-time sales representative to serve West Tennessee. You will strengthen relationships with existing customers and grow new business, balancing strategic account management with hands-on field work.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of outside sales experience, excellent communication, and a proven ability to meet and exceed goals in a dynamic, customer-first environment. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience or sales management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Ability to build relationships and network with customers.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales goals.
• Manage sales processes and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain updated data in CRM (Salesforce) to include sales activities, opportunities, and account records.
• Grow market share by prospecting the territory and expanding client base.
• Participate in Sunbelt-sponsored training and conferences.
• Inform customers on all products and services available.
• Provide equipment fitting, training, and presentations to customers.
• Coordinate with other divisions as needed.
