Job summary

Rosenbauer-America is seeking a Post Sales Project Manager I in the United States to serve as the primary liaison between customers, dealers, and Rosenbauer throughout the fire apparatus production process.

You will coordinate customer requirements and production activities, manage change orders, and ensure clear communication from pre-construction through final delivery with involvement from production, engineering, sales, and dealer partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service, project coordination, or sales support experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of firefighting processes and fire service operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between customers, dealers, and Rosenbauer during production.
• Coordinate customer requirements and production activities across departments.
• Prepare and process change orders with stakeholders.
• Review customer specifications and clarify design changes.
• Attend pre-construction meetings to align customer requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.
• Resolve production questions and escalate issues as needed.
• Support production release documentation.
