Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.
• 2+ years of Rosenbauer experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of firefighting processes and equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, dealers, and Rosenbauer throughout the production lifecycle.
• Coordinate customer requirements, production activities, and departmental communication to support successful completion of projects.
• Develop, review, and process change orders arising from customer modifications and reviews.
• Review project specifications and collaborate with production teams to ensure customer requirements are incorporated into builds.
• Participate in customer meetings and project reviews to ensure alignment with production requirements.
