Job summary

Rosenbauer America is seeking a Post Sales Project Manager II to serve as the primary liaison between customers, dealers, and the Rosenbauer team throughout the fire apparatus production process.

You will coordinate requirements, manage change orders, and ensure specifications are accurately communicated and executed from pre-production through delivery, working with production, engineering, sales, service and dealer partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and dealers throughout the production lifecycle.
• Coordinate customer requirements and production activities to support successful project completion.
• Develop, review, and process change orders for customer modifications and ensure they are documented and communicated.
• Review project specifications and collaborate with production teams to ensure customer requirements and design changes are incorporated.
• Provide regular status updates and participate in project reviews to ensure alignment with production requirements.
