Job summary

Rosenbauer-America seeks a Post Sales Project Manager II to act as the main liaison between customers, dealers and Rosenbauer during the fire apparatus build.

You will manage communications, coordinate specification changes, support production, and ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled from pre-production through delivery, working with production, engineering, sales, service and dealer partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience required.
• Manufacturing experience or Rosenbauer familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers and dealers throughout the production lifecycle.
• Coordinate customer requirements and production activities to support project completion.
• Review specifications and document change orders accurately.
• Provide status updates and participate in reviews with internal and external partners.
• Resolve production issues to protect schedules and customer satisfaction.
