Job summary

Rosenbauer Minnesota - Wyoming, MN is seeking a Post Sales Project Manager I to coordinate customer requirements through the fire apparatus production lifecycle. You will liaise with customers, dealers, and internal teams to ensure accurate communication and execution of specifications.

The role emphasizes managing change orders, reviewing customer specs, and maintaining thorough project documentation to support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service, project coordination, sales support, or related experience required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of firefighting processes, apparatus construction, and fire service operations preferred.
• Experience working directly with customers, dealers, or external stakeholders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, dealers, and Rosenbauer throughout the fire apparatus production process.
• Coordinate customer requirements, production activities, and departmental communication.
• Prepare and process change orders based on customer requests and changes.
• Review customer specifications and ensure production teams understand requirements and changes.
• Participate in customer meetings, including pre-construction reviews, to support requirements.
• Create, maintain, and distribute project documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve specification questions and production concerns.
• Provide regular project updates and milestones to customers and dealers.
• Maintain flexibility to address changing customer requirements and priorities.
