Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative to promote and sell Emergency Care products to pre-hospital providers. You will manage a diverse product portfolio, including defibrillators, AEDs, and chest compression systems, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships and negotiating terms.

The role emphasizes achieving quotas, supporting marketing and service teams, and staying informed about industry trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet customer needs.
• Achieve assigned quota through consultative Pre-Hospital sales, marketing, clinical and demonstrations.
• Build credibility with fire chiefs, medical directors, and administrators through product knowledge and competitor awareness.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with responsive service, on-time shipments, and problem solving.
• Display experience with budgets, reports, and project management.
