Job summary

Encore Boston Harbor is seeking a Part Time FCC & Maintenance Operator/Dispatch to monitor facilities communications, relay work orders, and support safety and operations around the clock. The role emphasizes timely documentation and coordination with facilities staff.

You will respond to inbound communications, assist with testings, and help manage maintenance requests while upholding Encore standards for guest and team member safety.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of FCC-approved codes and radio procedures.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributes to testing the fire suppression and protection system.
• Monitors the stair pressurization system.
• Effectively manages Elevator/Escalators Maintenance System for maintenance, requests and inspections.
• Effectively manages the Building Automated System, monitoring high priority equipment, alarms and processing requests.
• Monitors the Electrical Distribution System.
• Dispatches work orders and documents status updates for ongoing work.
• Performs required preventative maintenance to support safety compliance.
• Communicates maintenance needs to facilities team via radio, phone, or other channels.
