Kidde Global Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide expert technical support for Kidde fire alarm and detection products. You will troubleshoot customer issues, follow established procedures, and document resolutions for the CRM system.

This role requires a High School Diploma, 3+ years’ experience with fire alarm systems, on‑call rotation, and up to ~40% travel to customer sites. Relocation to Bradenton, FL may qualify for a sign‑on bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience working with commercial fire alarm control panels and detection products.
• 1+ year of experience with Digital Multimeter (DMM).
• 1+ year of experience in an “On Call” rotation. (after onboarding)
• Ability to travel to customer sites ~40%
• Willing to relocate to Bradenton, FL with potential sign-on bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via telephone, email, or IT tools.
• Follow predefined procedures to identify, evaluate, solve, and escalate product issues.
• Help reduce field installation time and application errors.
• Ensure accuracy of technical information provided to customers.
• Provide timely solutions for technical field problems.
• Escalate product issues to the Quality team through QIT.
• Mentor Technical Support Representatives.
• Participate in training and develop product training materials.
