Job summary

Kidde Global Solutions is seeking a Technical Product Trainer to design and deliver technical training for Edwards and Kidde fire and life-safety systems. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Support to build competencies, certifications, and customer success.

This is a full-time role requiring hands-on instruction, program administration, and travel up to 60% to support remote training and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in technical training or related roles.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; degrees preferred.
• Experience with Edwards/Kidde systems and fire safety technologies.
• Ability to travel up to 60% and present to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led or virtual technical training for customers and partners.
• Develop training materials, labs, assessments, and eLearning content.
• Cover system installation, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting.
• Support product launches and certification programs.
• Collaborate with Product Mgmt, Engineering and Support to ensure accuracy.
• Travel as needed to remote training and engagements.
