Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a 2-year technical college/program pursuing HVAC/building automation or related field.
• Willing to work 40 hours/week for the 10-week program
• Onsite at Morristown, NJ with no relocation stipend
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Able to work in varied environments and lift up to 75 pounds
• Proficient in basic Windows software and comfortable with tech devices
• Clear communication to document work and explain issues to customers and team

Responsibilities

• Spend majority of time on job sites with Siemens technicians learning installation, programming, and service of HVAC and building automation systems
• Support sales and project teams with site visits and commissioning activities
• Assist in diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and onboarding new installations
• Collaborate with engineering and project management to resolve discrepancies in drawings
• Document service activities and provide basic customer training for system operations
