Job summary

Impact Fire Services, LLC is seeking a Service Coordinator to learn the fundamentals of fire alarm systems while supporting the Service Manager and Academy Fire as the primary contact. This role emphasizes organization, planning fleet maintenance, inventory management, and coordinating service requests with field staff.

You will gain hands-on training, work across tasks from scheduling inspections to assisting with parts management and construction tasks, with opportunities for growth into field

Qualifications

• Service industry experience, fire alarm or electrical preferred.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Able to learn enterprise level software.

Responsibilities

• Learn technical fire alarm basics to understand parts, service requests and field staff needs.
• Work with the service manager to schedule and process recurring inspections and service requests.
• Work closely with the field staff to prepare jobs and provide what is needed to complete them.
• Assist with safety training.
• Assist with parts management.
• Assist the sales team with construction tasks such as permitting.
• Eagerness to grow company through your efforts.
• Ability to interact with many types of people, both externally and internally.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
