Job summary

You will coordinate roughly 16 technicians, handle high call volumes, maintain accurate records, and work with management to keep daily operations running smoothly. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage and prioritize incoming customer service calls.
• Dispatch approximately 16 technicians to customer sites.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages.
• Provide customer support and service updates.
• Maintain records and perform general administrative duties.
• Assist management with additional administrative assignments.
