Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in all aspects of fire alarm installation, service, and inspections.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards including NFPA 72.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and retain customers to grow sales and profitability.
• Create and maintain alarm files in databases and physical files.
• Prepare and maintain service schedules.
• Coordinate technicians and administrative staff for on-time orders.
• Ensure quotes follow up on inspection repair items.
• Provide weekly activity reports to the service operations manager.
• Maintain safety compliance and participate in trainings.
