• Develop and retain customers in every business sector to maintain sales volume and profitability.
• Coordinate efforts of technicians and administrative staff to ensure timely, efficient execution of all orders.
• Prepare and maintain service schedules and ensure quotations for repair items.
• Forecast service manpower requirements and manage budget-related aspects.
• Represent Allied Fire Protection at functions in a professional manner.
