Qualifications

• Minimum education of High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Some secondary education is desirable.
• Working knowledge of NFPA standards and fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and retain customers across sectors for long-term relationships.
• Create and maintain alarm files in databases and physical files.
• Prepare and maintain service schedules and inform technicians of issues.
• Coordinate efforts of technicians and staff for timely order execution.
• Forecast service manpower requirements and assist in billing-related tasks.
