Responsibilities

• Develop and retain customers across business sectors to maintain sales and profitability.
• Coordinate technicians and administrative staff for timely, efficient execution of orders.
• Prepare and maintain service schedules and back-office close-out procedures.
• Ensure incident reporting, toolbox talks, and safety documentation are completed timely.
• Oversee inventory, material purchasing, and job costing; support payroll and timesheets.
