Qualifications

• 5 years minimum in fire alarm installation, service and inspections; 10+ years preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and safety compliance; valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and retain customers in every business sector to maintain sales volume and profitability.
• Coordinate efforts of technicians and administrative staff to ensure timely, efficient execution of all orders.
• Prepare and maintain service schedules and billing related documentation.
• Inform technicians of any collection or customer service issues and ensure follow-ups.
