Job summary

Allied-Fire-Protection, Lp is seeking an Alarm Superintendent to oversee field operations for fire protection systems and customer service excellence. You will lead technicians, coordinate scheduling, and maintain project quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include developing customer relationships, managing alarm files, and ensuring timely delivery of services while upholding company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with some college preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA 72 and relevant codes.
  • Ability to lead, train and develop field staff and coordinators.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and retain customers in every business sector to maintain sales volume and profitability.
  • Create and maintain alarm files in databases and physical files.
  • Prepare and maintain service schedules and coordinate technicians.
  • Inform technicians of collection or customer service issues and ensure timely execution of orders.
  • Forecast service manpower requirements and manage work tickets with documentation and backups.
  • Recruit, train and empower associates to be the best in the business.
  • Represent the company professionally at functions and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Set an example for safety, lead safety topics, and ensure incident reporting and safety compliance.
