Qualifications

• 4+ years of documented experience in low voltage electrical systems, including Fire/Life Safety, Access Control, Nurse Call, and Paging.
• Experience reading blueprints, submittals, and operating manuals.
• Knowledge of test equipment including a multi-meter, digital analyzer, and commissioning devices.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs and work in challenging positions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls from the Service Resource Center and diagnose system malfunctions.
• Diagnose, service, and repair electronic fire alarm systems at customer sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, and operating manuals.
• Provide clear communication and documentation to support customer satisfaction.
• Support on-call rotation and mentor other team members.
