Qualifications

• Required Demonstrate supervisory/leadership abilities to include training, team building, presentation and negotiation skills, district administration and effective interaction with customers.
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
• Available for local/regional travel, which may include nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Revenue responsibility: meet and exceed corporate goals for service and installation; maximize market potential.
• Customer Satisfaction: maintain effective communications and strong relationships from first contact to service completion.
• Productivity Improvement: set fair territories, assign performance measurements, and train all staff in procedures.
• Safety Compliance: ensure employee safety training is current and address hazards promptly.
