Job summary
Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a regional service and installation supervisor in Canton, MA to lead technicians, develop business strategies, and drive profitable growth for the local office.
You will oversee revenue plans, maintain strong customer communications, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with district leadership to meet objectives while delivering reliable service and installation excellence.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate supervisory/leadership abilities to include training, team building, presentation and negotiation skills, district administration and effective interaction with customers.
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
- Available for local/regional travel, which may include nights and weekends to accommodate customer's schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead service and installation operations for the local office and supervise technicians.
- Develop business strategies and action plans to meet district objectives and growth targets.
- Maximize revenue and profitability through new bookings and service delivery.
- Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company programs.
