You will screen candidates, perform checks, and present offers, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and clients in a fast-paced IT consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring needs with managers
• Develop a network of technical finance professionals
• Recruit candidates such as DBAs, Java developers, C++, C#, .Net, PMs
• Source candidates via internal DBs, external databases, and social networks
• Enroll passive candidates
• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews
• Coordinate interview logistics with clients
• Conduct credit/criminal and reference checks
• Present offers of employment
