Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for financial services, fintech, or trading technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and manage candidates for software engineering, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and fintech roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer processes with hiring managers and HR.
