Job summary

Versapay is seeking a Solutions Engineer to showcase the value of our fintech platform to prospective customers. You will conduct detailed discovery, design tailored solutions, and present how Versapay resolves AR and payment challenges.

This role requires collaboration with product, sales, and customer success teams, and involves travel across the US and Canada to engage clients and partners. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a consultative tech role within fintech, with knowledge of ERP

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, CS, or software fields.
Minimum 3+ years as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar in fintech or related area.
Strong understanding of AR, payments, or related financial processes.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers: conduct discovery to understand needs and identify value opportunities.
Design and demonstrate solutions using Versapay’s application suite and partner tech.
Act as trusted advisor, align business requirements with capabilities and articulate value.
Support sales cycles with RFIs/RFPs and propose configurations and integrations.
Maintain knowledge through product, sales, and technical training; earn certs and stay current.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams.
Travel across the US and Canada to engage clients and partners.
