Job summary

Versapay is seeking a Customer Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of existing customers, including multi-entity accounts. You’ll expand adoption of Versapay’s payments and AR automation solutions by partnering with senior finance, accounting, and IT leaders during their digital transformation journey.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams to identify value opportunities, drive expansion, and deliver measurable outcomes for customers and Versapay.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including ownership of multi-entity accounts.
• Experience managing and growing existing accounts and driving retention.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to close complex mid-market deals without executive sponsorship.
• Strong track record of hitting quotas and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers, including multi-entity accounts.
• Develop account strategies with Customer Success to drive outcomes and expansion.
• Engage finance and IT leaders to understand priorities and transformation goals.
• Lead commercial motion: qualification, value articulation, proposals, and negotiations.
• Serve as primary sales contact, ensuring a seamless expansion cycle.
• Forecast and communicate pipeline updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and Implementation.
