Versapay in the United States is seeking a Customer Account Manager to partner with senior finance, accounting, and IT leaders, guiding their digital transformation and expanding use of Versapay’s payments and AR automation solutions.

You will own and grow an existing portfolio, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with CSMs and leadership to deliver outcomes and measurable growth in our fast-growing fintech platform.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a focus on finance and accounting sales preferred.
• Experience managing and growing existing accounts, prioritizing relationship building and retention.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to articulate value propositions.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers, expanding adoption of Versapay’s payments and AR automation solutions.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to develop account strategies and drive revenue growth.
• Engage with finance, accounting, and IT executives to understand priorities and drive transformation goals.
• Lead the commercial motion within accounts: qualification, value articulation, proposal development, and negotiation.
• Serve as the primary contact for sales-related activities throughout the expansion cycle.
• Track and forecast pipeline, providing updates to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and Implementation to bring expertise to opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor, identifying inefficiencies and recommending tailored solutions.
