Job summary

TechChain Talent in the United States seeks a Solutions Architect to act as the technical voice in the sales cycle. You will partner with Account Executives to map customer architecture and demonstrate how our modular stack fits their needs, owning the technical narrative from active evaluation to close.

The role blends Sales, Product, and Integrations Engineering, requiring you to answer technical questions, coordinate Product feedback, and scope integration work with customers for a successful

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
• Strong ability to read API documentation and discuss system architecture with senior engineers.
• Experience selling or implementing technical infrastructure, APIs, or developer platforms; fintech/crypto familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Join sales calls as the technical lead, conducting product deep-dives and architecture discussions.
• Translate customer requirements into a clear picture of how our stack fits their needs.
• Own technical discovery, demos, and proofs-of-concept to move deals toward close.
• Escalate roadmap and product-fit questions to Product, and hand off implementation details to Integrations Engineering.
• Address security, compliance, and architectural questions and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Provide feedback from field to Product to shape the roadmap.
