Job summary

Sardine is seeking an experienced technical program manager to lead complex enterprise integrations. You will own the end-to-end integration plan, manage multi-stakeholder expectations, and align Engineering, Product, and Solutions teams to the project timeline.

You’ll establish formal governance (RACI), surface risks early, and maintain clear, proactive communication with enterprise clients while tracking feature requests from intake to resolution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program or project management experience, including enterprise implementations.
• Direct experience applying formal project management expectations (governance, RACI, milestone reporting).
• Experience in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance within a B2B SaaS context.
• Ability to act as a thought partner to Engineering and Product on dependencies and tradeoffs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple high-stakes engagements without detail loss.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration project plan for enterprise engagements, including milestones and dependencies.
• Serve as the client’s trusted point of contact, surfacing risks early and capturing requirements.
• Track client-specific feature requests from intake to resolution with visibility to Engineering and Product.
• Establish upfront RACI and roles to ensure accountability for Sardine and client offices.
• Coordinate regular, structured communication across Engineering, Product, Integrations and the client.
• Ensure deliverables and artifacts are organized, current, and owned by the right person.
• Develop fluency in Sardine’s product to advise on feature requests and unblock priorities.
• Report on project health, delays, root causes, risks, and capacity planning across engagements.
