Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years in banking, financial services, operations, or lending.

• Experience with product operations lifecycles and testing.

• Serve as the primary operations owner for an assigned product line.
• Partner with Product Directors, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Translate requirements into operational plans and timelines.
• Execute end-to-end product launches and changes.
• Lead operational testing, validation, and quality checks.
• Maintain product-specific operating procedures and controls.
• Identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Build monitoring, reconciliations, and issue remediation routines.
• Act as SME for product operations and support escalations.
• Provide leadership updates on readiness, risks, and outcomes.
