Wave is seeking an Operations professional to own the execution of a product line in a fast-paced fintech setting. You will translate product requirements into actionable plans, workflows, and readiness checklists while coordinating with leadership and cross-functional teams on launches and changes.

Responsibilities include managing testing, audits, issue remediation, and identifying automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in banking, financial services, operations, or lending.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL or Power BI.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate clearly with leadership.
